Why Do You Need To Take Vitamins?
This is a question that most of us ask ourselves at some point in our lives. When we are young we take supplements to ensure we are getting the right vitamins and minerals for health body and mind development.
As we reach the teenage years most people drop the supplements for a period of time because we are full of energy and nothing seems to bother us. The energy levels in humans reach a maximum at age 28 and from that point forward our energy levels decrease 1.5% per year just as we are getting more successful and having kids who take a lot of energy to raise properly. As we reach that 35 to 40 year range we have already lost about 10% of our energy level and we start to feel the impact.
It is at this time that most people begin to take vitamins again. We begin looking to regain our energy and worry the energy lost will lead to other health issues. We start looking at our life and we want to be as health as we can because it is at this point that most are enjoying success and family life. Vitamin supplements help boost our energy levels by giving us the nutrition that is lacking in our diets and our active life styles.
The one thing to consider when starting this vitamin regiment is; are we getting all the right vitamins at the correct levels for optimum performance? A single multivitamin cannot provide enough of a dosage for optimum performance (they cannot fit it all in one tablet), so you need to consider a daily multivitamin packet of tablets or the use of several single vitamins to ensure you are getting everything you need.
When you are looking at these options, price is always a determining factor, because as we know vitamins and supplements are not cheap. It has always been my observation that a daily vitamin packet (4 to 5 multivitamins tablets) is the best solution to ensure you are getting the right daily levels of vitamins at a reasonable price.
These packets can range in price from $39.99 to as high as $179 for a one month supply. There are packets selling at the $39.99 level that produce the same results as the ones selling for $179, because they are manufactured by the same generic production process, so do not thing that they higher priced ones are necessarily better.
