"Nature Made", "Cholesterol-Off" to "24% on average" cholesterol reduction, there is a problem with this?

A statement like this leads me to believe that a study was conducted. However, there is something of a source said to be a real newspaper, not a review board of experts, where items are not subject to review regulations and standards, etc. I would like though.
